WCRE is proud to have exclusively represented Mackshacks, LLC in the leasing of a 5,069 square foot suite to Posternock Apell, PC at 302 Harper Drive, Moorestown, New Jersey. The 302 building is well maintained and professionally managed. It is situated within the East Gate office park, adjacent to the Moorestown Mall and surrounded by amenities including the mall, restaurants, large retail centers, and is a half-mile from the I-295 south ramp. The location allows for quick and easy access to Routes 38, 73, I-295 and the NJ Turnpike.
Posternock Apell is relocating from its longtime home on Church Road, also in Moorestown. The new office allowed for growth beyond its existing footprint. They specialize in estate planning, real estate, special education and business litigation needs.
This is not the first transaction WCRE has completed at the site. Late last year, WCRE assisted in the renewal of a 6,980 square foot lease with another Tenant who has been at the property for over 10 years.
After the recent lease and renewal signings, there are still two vacant suites – one on the first floor totaling 6,944 square feet (divisible to -/- 3,000 square feet) and 7,703 square feet on the 2nd floor (divisible to 4,000 square feet).
